Earlier today, the chaotic Lindsay Lohan pleaded no contest to stealing a necklace from an LA store. She was promptly sentenced to four months of jail, psychological therapy, and an anti-shoplifting program. She is likely going to serve her jail time under house arrest. Poor Lindsay.
Lohan, the star of Mean Girls and Herbie - Fully Loaded once had a promising career. But for the last four years, she has spent most of her time going through the revolving door of the Los Angeles correctional system and drug rehab. My question is, when will she hit rock bottom?
Nothing has seemed to help Lohan. Neither jail nor rehab has done anything to stop her from drinking, drugs, shoplifting, starring in crappy movies, defying the law, and otherwise looking like a sinking ship. What will it take before Lindsay finally wakes up and get her life on track?
I actually fear for her life. Far too often, we have seen starlets go down a dark road only to end up dead by a drug overdose or by some other vice. Will Lohan become another Charlie Sheen type and just skate on the edge of life in the guise of having fun? Or will she finally get her act together and realize she is possibly ruining her life?
